1. Returns for Damaged Items Only As all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right for you.

2. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@madridallincluded.com. In order to assist you, we will require the following:

  • A description of the damage or defect.
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s).
  • Your order number and any relevant details.

Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and offer you a replacement at no extra charge or a full refund for the damaged item(s).

3. Timeframe for Reporting Damaged Products Please notify us of any damages within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept any claims for damages.

4. Non-Refundable Products Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defects. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Costs for Damaged Products If your product is damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the damaged product (if necessary) and shipping a replacement to you.

6. International Orders If you’re ordering from outside Spain, please note that return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us. However, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your location.
