Las Rozas Village is around 18km outside Madrid, so I will list all the possibilities for you to get there.

By BUS, you have to go to Moncloa bus station and take bus 625 (Madrid-Monte Rozas) or  628 (Madrid-El Cantizal) or 629 (Madrid-Parque Empresarial), there are buses every 20 minutes and it will take around 40 minutes to get there. The ticket will cost you 2,60 (one way). Here you will find the time table.

By TRAIN: Las Rozas Village is accessible by train in 25 minutes from Madrid centre. El Pinar de Las Rozas station, just 3 km from Las rozas  Village, so you will have to take a taxi in the station. The train service leaves from Madrid’s Atocha station every 15 minutes you can take lines  C8A, C8B or C10 line. But also, you can take the C8A and C8B lines from Madrid Chamartin station. The price ticket is 2,60 one way.
